  1. Agreement: By placing an order, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please review this policy carefully before finalizing your purchase. 
  2.  Custom Orders: All rugs are custom-created and one-of-a-kind. Once an order is confirmed, all sales are final—no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted. Verify all details thoroughly before submitting your order.
  3. Premade Rugs: Orders for our premade rugs will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  4. Custom Order Production: Custom rugs require a production period of 7–14 days. Please allow this time for the crafting process, and expect regular updates throughout production.
  5. Privacy: I do not have access to your complete payment details and will never share your personal information (such as name or address) with anyone. Your privacy is highly valued.
  6. Shipping: Shipping durations may differ based on your location and the specifics of your order. Please allow extra time for delivery once your custom rug has been completed and dispatched.
